Join us for the 2025 Kentucky Science Teachers Association Annual Conference, where the theme is "Beyond Boundaries: Expanding Horizons in Science Education." This exciting event will take place at the Carl D. Perkins Conference Center at Eastern Kentucky University, located at 202 Kit Carson Dr, Richmond, KY, on November 7-8, 2025.     Registration Fees

    KSTA Members: $150 Early Bird through 9/30 ($175 after)

    Current Members: you will be directed to log into your profile to register.

    Non-Members: $200

    Non-Members: you can attend the conference for $200, or join KSTA with a 1-year membership for $25 and attend the conference at the early bird member rate! 

    Saturday Only: $100


    Students: $75 full conference
    $45 Fri. only / $30 Sat. only

    Pre-service undergraduate/MAT teaching students

    Full conference registration includes a free 1-year KSTA membership!

    What to Expect

    • Concurrent sessions for all grade levels as well as an exhibit hall with educational services and resources. 
    • Special Guests including authors and science experts.

    Attendees will receive PD credit for participation. Please check with your administration to ensure they will allow this conference as hours toward your PD requirements.

    Cancellation Policy

    All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by October 26, 2025. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date, regardless of registration date, or for no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 45 days after the conference, and a $15 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions in writing from the same district/school/organization will be accepted without penalty through November 1, 2025. Send requests to kstadirector@gmail.com.
