Conference Registration

Please note, on-site registration will be available for both KSTA members and nonmembers, but there will be a higher price. Participants are encouraged to register in advance to avoid this increase. 

Non-member registration fee is $165.00 for the full conference Nov. 8 - 10, and $95.00 for Saturday Nov. 10 only.  

Please log in to access the members-only rate of $110 for the full conference and $50 for Saturday only. Note: There is currently an issue with this form not displaying the discounted price, but once added to the cart, the discount will be applied. 

The PIMSER Teacher workshop is a 6 hour workshop on the Thursday before the main conference that is designed for teachers in K-12 science classrooms. Fee covers some of the cost of the materials attendees will receive. 

If paying through a Purchase Order (PO), please enter the PO number in the field during checkout and select check as the payment option. An invoice will be generated and sent to the billing contact collected during checkout. The Billing Address provided during checkout should be the school/organization with a care of (c/o) name included.

Attach a copy of the purchase order from your school or organization if available. (Choose file, then submit. Do not select the "upload" button - this is causing the system to glitch and remove the file during submission.)
