Our Vendor Showcase is the most effective way of communicating with the science education community in Kentucky during our 2021 Virtual Conference! Attendees may attend any of 8 concurrent Vendor Showcase presentation sessions each day. All vendors will be prominently displayed on our conference website and virtual program.  You can also choose to add-on to your registration and have your company logo displayed and linked to your website products/services from our Featured Vendors page until February 2022. 

Single 1-hour presentation: $250

Includes one conference registration for vendor personnel and one 1-hour conference program time slot.

Two 1-hour presentations: $500

Includes one conference registration for vendor personnel and two 1-hour conference program time slots.

Payment deadline is January 15, 2021

NEXT STEPS

1. Complete the Vendor Agreement before registering. You will need to upload the completed agreement during registration. 
2. Register as a Vendor Registration deadline is January 15, 2021.
3. Complete the Vendor Showcase Session Information Form for each unique session (requires a Google account for login). You must have your virtual meeting link created and ready before completing this form.
   

Advertise in the program and on our website through 2022!

Maximize your exposure! Reach our members while showing your support for science education by including your advertisement in our virtual conference program and on our conference website. We will host your information until February 2022 on a special advertisement page available to conference attendees and any visitor to the KSTA website!
